ERIK’S Convenient Shopping Options

We have taken steps to protect both you and our staff. We are following CDC guidelines for sanitation and health safety. We are also offering shopping options to reduce contact. Choose the option that’s best for you!

Shop In-Store

Stop by one of our locations to shop our huge selection of bikes, cycling apparel and gear, skis and snowboards. Or, bring your bike, ski or snowboard in for service.

When visiting us in-store, please follow the special shopping instructions signage and respect 6′ of social distancing at all times. We follow all local and state ordinances. View individual store pages here for the most up-to-date hours and announcements.

Shop Online and Shipped Directly to You: 

Shop our website anytime and have your order shipped directly to you. We can even ship select bikes, including Specialized closeout bikes*

*We are not allowed to ship to you some bikes listed on our website due to manufacturer restrictions. To search products that can be purchased online, in the left-hand sidebar choose “YES” under the “Sell Online” option.

Buy Online, Pickup In-Store (with Curbside Pickup): 

Available at all stores, ERIK’S offers buy online, pickup in-store. Click here for more details.

  • When purchasing on shopERIKS.com, during the checkout process select Pickup In-Store and choose the location that is most convenient.
  • Complete check-out.
  • You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup. 
  • Swing by the store – your new gear will be waiting for you!

For Curbside Pickup Option: 
Available to any customer that would like to pickup their order without entering the store.

  • During the checkout process, select ‘Add Curbside Pick-Up’ (the button is at the top of the first checkout page).
  • Complete check-out.
  • You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup.
  • When you arrive at the store, look for the Curbside Service parking spot. If that spot is occupied or you don’t see a designated spot, pull into a spot close to the store.
  • Call the store (press 5 for Curbside Service) or come to the front entrance and wait outside for a staffer to greet you.
  • Tell the staff member you are there for your Curbside Pickup order.
  • A staff member will bring out your order.

*At times our shops are very busy. It may take a few minutes to bring out your order. We appreciate your patience in advance. If you have trouble reaching us by phone, you can also come to the store’s entrance and the next available staffer will assist you.

Curbside Service Drop-Off & Pickup: 

We offer Curbside Service Drop-Off and Pickup at all ERIK’S stores to make it easier for you to get your bike, skis or snowboard ready to ride.

For Curbside Service Drop-Off:

  • When you arrive, give us a call or come to the front entrance and wait outside for a staffer to greet you.
  • Tell the staff member you are there for Curbside Service Drop-Off.
  • The staffer will get all the details needed from you and take your bike/skis/snowboard in for service.
  • A service technician will review your gear and contact you if necessary. You will be notified once your bike is ready.

*To expedite this process you can also scan the QR code from the “Digital Repair Service Check-In” Sign (posted at store entrances) and enter your service details. Once complete, an ERIK’S staffer will retrieve your bike/skis/snowboard.

For Curbside Service Pickup: 

  • After receiving confirmation that your bike/skis/snowboard is ready, come to the store. 
  • When you arrive at the store, look for the Curbside Service parking spot. If that spot is occupied or you don’t see a designated spot, pull into a spot close to the store.
  • Call the store (press 5 for Curbside Service) or come to the front entrance and wait outside for a staffer to greet you.
  • Tell the staff member you are there for Curbside Service Pickup.
  • We will complete the repair pickup and take payment.
  • A staff member will bring your serviced bike/skis/snowboard out to you.

*Due to current demand our Service Departments are very busy. If you have trouble reaching us by phone upon arrival, you can also come to the store’s front entrance and the next available staffer will assist you.
