ERIK’S Convenient Shopping Options

Our stores are open because bike shops are essential to the community.  Bikes are an important part of daily life for many people.

We have taken steps to protect both you and our staff.  We are following guidelines for sanitation and health safety from the CDC. We are also offering new shopping options to reduce contact.  Choose the option that’s best for you!

Shop In-Store

Stop by one of our locations to shop our huge selection of bikes, cycling apparel and gear. Or, bring your bike in for service.

Shop Online: 

Shop our website anytime and have your order shipped directly to you.

Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store (with Curbside Pick-Up): 

Available at all stores, ERIK’S offers buy online, pick up in-store. Click here for more details.

  • When purchasing on shopERIKS.com, during the checkout process select the Pick-Up In-Store location that is most convenient.
  • Complete check-out
  • You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick-up. 
  • Swing by the store – your new gear will be waiting for you!

For Curbside Pick-Up Option: 
Available to any customer that would like to pick-up their order without entering the store.

  • Once your Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store order is ready, swing by the store.
  • When you arrive, stay in your vehicle and call the store.
  • Tell them you are waiting in the parking lot for your “Curbside Pick-Up” and a staff member will bring out your order.

Curbside Service Drop-Off & Pick-Up: 

Service departments at all stores are open. We offer Curbside Service Drop-Off and Pick-Up at all ERIK’S stores to make it easier for you to get your bike ready to ride.

For Curbside Service Drop-Off:

  • Call our store when you arrive and tell them you are waiting in our parking lot for “Curbside Service Drop-Off.” 
  • We will get your contact information over the phone.
  • A staff member will come out to get your bike.  Feel free to leave it in the trunk or on the rack.
  • A service technician will review your bike and contact you with a free estimate.  With your approval, we will service your bike.

For Curbside Service Pick-Up: 

  • After receiving confirmation that your bike is ready, call our store when you arrive and tell them you are waiting in the parking lot for “Curbside Service Pick-Up.”
  • Over the phone, a staff member will complete the repair pick-up and take payment.
  • A staff member will bring your serviced bike out to you and load it into your vehicle.

Home Delivery in Select Markets:

ERIK’S will offer Home Delivery in select markets to make the bike buying process safe and easy for you. This option is available for customers within a set radius of select stores. There is a Home Delivery fee of $25 on orders below $500 ($100 minimum order). Free Home Delivery on orders over $500.

  • When purchasing on shopERIKS.com, in your Cart select ‘Home Delivery’ as the Pick-Up In-Store location. 
  • Complete the checkout process.
  • You will be contacted directly by ERIK’S customer service to schedule delivery.
  • On the scheduled date and time, an ERIK’S staff member will deliver your products.
