What is the best way for to shop for a bike and/or cycling gear right now?

We have many convenient and safe shopping options to help you keep riding.

  • Shop In-Store (When visiting our stores, please follow the shopping instructions signage posted for details on in-store guidelines)

Does ERIK'S price match?

Yes. If you find the same product at a lower price, ERIK'S will match the price. See our Low Price Guarantee page for complete details.

Why can't I buy this item online?

We are not allowed to ship to you some bikes listed on our website due to manufacturer restrictions. For these products, you can buy online and pickup in-store, or you can go to a store to purchase.

To search products that can be purchased online, in the left-hand sidebar choose "YES" under the "Sell Online" option.

Why is this bike not allowing me to pick it up in-store or ship to me? It is showing up on your site. shows our entire inventory of bikes. This includes bikes at our distribution center and our stores. Some of these bikes cannot be shipped due to manufacturer restrictions. Other bikes cannot be shipped and/or picked-up in-store due to being located at a store in a market outside of your location. See previous question “Why can’t I buy this item online?” for more information.

Why is there a charge for this item for "Pickup In-Store"?

If an item you've ordered is not available at your pickup location or our distribution center, there may be extra charges involved in getting the item to your specified ERIK'S shop. Any charges involved in getting the item to your pickup store will show on the checkout page as Handling Fees.

Why can't I pick my "Pickup In-Store" order today?

Inventory varies from store-to-store. When you order online and chose "Pickup In-Store" we may need to transfer your item(s) from another nearby location or our distribution center. This will impact the timeframe in which your order will be ready for pickup.

Our ability to answer questions over the phone is limited to existing repairs and we cannot give repair estimates over the phone or online. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We are working overtime to ensure your bike is repaired as quickly as possible.

How do I get my bike repaired?

Bring your bike into any one of our shops to receive a FREE repair estimate. Our Service Departments are open and ready to repair your bicycle(s). Unfortunately, we are not able to give an estimate over the phone.

We also offer "Curbside Service Drop-Off an Pickup" if you'd like to limit contact. Learn more about this option here. No appointment is needed to drop your bike off for service.

How much will it cost to get my bike repaired?

To receive a FREE repair estimate, you must bring your bike to an ERIK'S Store. We are unable to provide estimates over email, chat, or over the phone. Please do not call a shop; you must bring your bicycle into one of our stores.

How long will it take to get my bike repaired?

Due to current repair volume, you must bring your bicycle to your nearest ERIK'S Store for us to provide you with a FREE repair estimate and timeline for completion.


Please note: We ask that you are flexible with us in terms of processing online returns once they are delivered to us. Given our reduced operational staff to promote social distancing, there may be a longer delay than usual in processing your return.
