GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
At ERIK’S we always aim to help you find the correct product in the correct size the first time, every time, so you can start enjoying your new gear as quickly as possible and avoid the need to do a return or exchange. If you’re considering making a purchase and have sizing or any other questions, we are here to help through live chat, email, or over the phone.
In the event that you do need to return a product, our simple Return and Exchange Policy makes it fast, easy, and worry-free to do so.
REGULAR RETURN POLICY
ERIK'S will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.
Returns and exchanges can be done at an ERIK’S retail store or by mail. More information and a few exceptions are listed below.
In-Store: Returns and exchanges may be made at any ERIK'S location. Simply bring in the item(s) you wish to return (in new condition) and the invoice that was shipped with your order. Our staff will then quickly process your return or exchange!
Online: There is no need to reach out beforehand or fill out any forms online to start the return/exchange process. Simply fill out the bottom portion of your pack slip, safely pack your items with the pack slip, tape the box shut, and ship the package with the carrier of your choice. If you are not able to locate the original pack slip, a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and reason is adequate.
When shipping a return package, please keep these tips and policies in mind:
- You are responsible for shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise. We find that for smaller and lighter items, USPS is the most cost-friendly option.
- You can use any carrier you prefer.
- When creating your return label with your preferred carrier, make sure that “residential address” is NOT selected. Shipping to a business typically costs less!
- You do not need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Use the original shipping container and packing materials, if possible.
- If returning shoes or boots, we do need the product box back. Please do not affix labels directly to the product box or use the product box as the shipping box.
- Package your return safely so that it is not damaged in shipping.

GENERAL REFUND/RETURN INFORMATION
- Special order items are not eligible for returns.
- Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.
- Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75. A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75. The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return.
- Refunds for purchases made with an ERIK'S gift card or ERIK'S store credit will have a new store credit issued.
