SHIP TO STORE INFORMATION

At ERIK’S, we want you shop in the ways that are convenient for you. Ship To Store gives you the ease of buying online and picking up your order at your convenient ERIK'S location. Any item on our website qualifies for Ship To Store.

Ship To Store is a free service we offer customers, however if an item is not available at your pick-up location or our distribution center, there may be delays and/or extra charges involved in getting the item to your specified ERIK’S shop. Our Customer Service Team will contact you if it will take more than 2 days to get your order ready. Any charges involved in getting the item to your pick-up store will show on the checkout page as Handling Fees.

Ship To Store Order Details

If the item(s) you ordered is in stock at your pick-up location, your order could be ready in as little as an hour. If the item(s) needs to be transferred into that store for you to pick-up, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect the item to be ready to pick-up. In all cases an ERIK’S Staff Member will contact you once your order is ready to pick-up.

  • Bikes - All bikes sold at ERIK’S are thoroughly checked over by a professional mechanic before leaving our store. If you order a bike under the Ship To Store program, your bike will be added to the workload Queue to have this check performed. An ERIK’S staff member will contact you once your bike has been checked over and is ready for pick-up
  • Snowboards - If you order a Snowboard and Bindings that require professional setup, we will notify you once all items are at the store. You will need to visit the store to complete the set up and sign the releases. Our Service Team will then get the Snowboard set-up for you at no charge, but depending on workload you may need to come back to the store for final pick-up
  • Skis - If you order Skis that require professional setup, we will notify you once all items are at the store. You will need to visit the store to complete the set up and sign releases. Our Service Team will then get the skis set-up for you at no charge, but depending on workload you may need to come back to the store for final pick-up

Ship To Store Process

Using our Ship To Store delivery method is easy! Just follow these steps…

  • Shop our website and add items to your cart you want to pick-up in-store. Any item on our website qualifies for In-Store Pick-Up
  • Once your order is ready, proceed to the checkout page
  • In the Billing/Shipping page, enter your billing information. Choose In-Store Pick-Up for where you would like your order shipped and select a store
  • Within the Payment page, select person allowed to pick up order. If the cardholder who placed the order will not be picking up the order, designate an Authorized Pick-Up Person
  • Complete the checkout
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with the Shipping Information showing the Store (including its address) where you will be picking up your order
  • You will receive a Finalized Order email once the order is set-up at the pick-up store. Please review it for accuracy. Our Web Team will contact you if there are any anticipated delays
  • Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will contact you by phone and/or email

NOTE: For your security, only the Authorized Pick-Up Person can pick up your order. If the cardholder who placed the order will not be picking up the order, designate an Authorized Pick-Up Person. They must bring a copy of the Finalized Order email and a valid Picture ID.
