We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (Mon-Fri). For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, we aim to ship within 24 hours of the next business day. With that said, there are times when there are delays in shipping orders. The most common instances of this are:

Every shipment we send receives full tracking information so you can follow the shipment status of your order. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

For items that do not qualify for free shipping, you can choose whichever Fed Ex service fits your needs. Before you finalize your order, you will have the ability to select the specific Fed Ex Shipping Service and the site will show you accurate shipping costs for each method.

This allows customers the convenience of ordering any item - including bikes from Specialized, Bianchi, Pivot and Santa Cruz - delivered to their preferred address within Home Delivery Range without visiting one of our stores. We will respond to all Damaged/Lost Shipping Claims within 2 business days and will work with our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we can issue a full refund, repair or replace the item.
