As a fully authorized dealer for all of the brands we sell online, any new product you purchase is backed by the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you have an item that is damaged and you believe it should be covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, please read this page carefully.

If this is regarding a product you bought new online from ERIK'S Webstore, fill out the Warranty Evaluation Request below. We will respond to all Warranty Evaluation Requests within 2 business days, and will work with the Manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we can issue a full refund, repair or replace the item. This procedure is only for orders placed online.
