Salomon tasked their athletes with designing the most progressive and playful freeride powder ski on the mountain: meet the 2023 Salomon QST BLANK Ski. Pillow-popping and powder-loving, the BLANK is built for deep days at 112mm underfoot. A progressive shape enhances the flotation and playfulness of your turns, while its construction provides the stability you rely on. Charge resort laps, or mount the BLANK with the SHIFT for touring.
- Full Poplar Woodcore: A full Woodcore construction maximizes liveliness, stability and ski-to-snow contact while filtering vibrations.
- CFX: CFX is a unique fiber layer consisting of Carbon and Flax woven together, running tip-to-tail. It combines the incredible strength, stability and minimal weight of carbon fiber with the increased level of dampening and vibration absorption of the flax. Its patented and exclusive to Salomon.
- Twin Rocker: Rocker tip and tail with camber underfoot.
- Ti Binding Reinforcement: A titanal insert edge-to-edge underfoot, running throughout the ski, for maximal power and increased hard snow edging.
- Cork Damplifier: Cork is three times more absorbing than Koroyd. Using it in the tip of the ski enables a high level of vibration absorption and dampening with even less weight.
- Tail Protector: Increased ski longevity: keeping skis visually attractive even after intense use.
- Flat ski, bindings not included. Recommended bindings same as waist width or up to 15mm wider.

Hybrid- Is a combination of bends in the profile of a snowboard that change the riding characteristics for different terrains and conditions.

- Twin Tip - Rounded shape with an early rise in the tail of the ski adapted for in the terrain park, on features, and buttering down runs.
- Flared - A more traditional flat shape with a slight rise in the tail for grip and stability on different terrain.
- Flat - Shaped for more control on firm snow and quick turning versatility.
TURN RADIUS
- Short - A radius of 15 meters or less designed for quick maneuverability from edge to edge.
- Medium - A versatile all mountain radius that falls between 15-20 meters ideal for most riders.
- Long - A radius of 20 meters or more for aggressive, big mountain riding at high speeds.
