CLOSEOUT ITEM!! (May not be available at all locations, while supplies last)
From commanding the clock to holding your own on weekend rides. This bike is purpose-built to go fast and demolish steep trails. Its total enduro capabilities can help you secure that “top step” and tackle demanding group rides with confidence. With so much capability in your corner, it’s time to push limits, climb faster, and charge. Enduro lives at Altitude.

  • The all-new design makes the Altitude even
  • faster than before. With increased stiffness and a
  • lower centre of gravity, overall ride performance
  • is leveled up.
  • Oversized bearings, shorter links, and a one piece
  • rear triangle increases the stiffness to support
  • the rider at higher speeds
  • Each frame size is tuned for small-bump
  • compliance, mid-stroke support, and end-stroke
  • progressiveness.
  • Fine tune your ride with neutral 0mm,
  • or +- 5mm offset headset cups.
  • Ability to mullet MD-XL via built-in flipchip.
  • No need to buy a separate link or mount.
  • RIDE-4 adjustment system allows riders to quickly fine-tune their geometry and suspension with a single Allen key.
  • Fully enclosed internal routing allows for easy cable and hose installations, with thoughtful consideration for moto-style brake setups.
  • Low Center Counter Rotating LC2R suspension aims to provide maximum traction and comfort in more demanding terrain favoured by aggressive riders. It features a tuned blend of anti-squat and rate curve
  • that is efficient and supportive yet supple and quiet. Our co-rotation
  • suspension design philosophy is centred on ride characteristics that
  • balances kinematic variables to achieve the legendary Rocky Mountain

SUMMARY:

STANDARD SERVICE PLAN - ANALOG BIKE & ELECTRIC BIKE

The Standard Bike Service Plan is perfect for any cyclist interested in keeping their bike in great riding condition. It's designed for bikes that get low to moderate usage.

Bring your bike in for adjustments as often as you need. We will fix those annoying rattles, adjust brakes so they have full stopping power, lube your chain and cables, and true your wheels if they get out of alignment. Got an electric bike? We'll keep it updated with the latest firmware.

PERFORMANCE SERVICE PLAN - ANALOG BIKE & ELECTRIC BIKE

Is keeping your bike in peak performance important to you? The Performance Service Plan is designed for bikes that get moderate to heavy usage. Do you mountain bike often? Do you commute by bike regularly? Are you a gravel grinder? If yes, this plan is for you.

The Performance Service Plan contains all the elements of the Standard Bike Service Plan, including drivetrain lubrication, wheel truing, brake adjustments, and Di2 firmware updates. It also includes specialty services like disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement.

  • The plan is not transferable to another customer.
  • The plan is not transferable to another bicycle.
  • All products must be physically brought to an ERIK'S location for work. No reimbursements for transportation or work done at non-ERIK'S locations are included.
  • The cost of parts is NOT included. Service plans cover labor only (for example, tires, tubes, tire sealant, and cables are not included).
  • A few select Performance Service Plan services can only be done one time per 12 months of the plan: disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement. (Two times total if the plan is two years in length.) If one of these services is needed more frequently, the standard labor charge will apply.

If one of these services is needed at other points in the year, the standard labor charge will apply.
  • Service required as a result of misuse/abuse, rental/commercial use, racing, stunt riding or jumping, or alteration is not covered.
  • Service plans are not available to purchase for used bikes and select new bikes.
  • ERIK'S reserves the right to refuse service. The only solution is to refund the unused portion of the purchase price of the service plan.
  • Whether a service or repair is covered under the plan is at the discretion of the management of ERIK'S.
