The Beta APX adds top-of-the-line materials to an organic silhouette to create the ultimate backcountry dart.The shape is perfectly adapted to natural terrain, with a tip and tail profile inspired by the way animals have evolved to match their natural environment. We’ve shifted volume towards the nose to provide surf-like float and dialled up the response with a triax topsheet which wraps around the edge in a finish we call Nidactive Sandwich. Carbon layers at the nose and tail amplify an already lively core and help minimise chatter at high speeds – which is just as well, since the upgraded N-9000 base is lightning fast. A favourite of Japanese soul shredder Shin Biyajima, this is the perfect board for riders who enjoy spending time out in nature – exploring new lines and discovering subtle new ways to turn, guided by instinct.
- Surfy Camrock Profile: Increased flotability and keep carving performance for a backfoot ride.
- Nidactive APX Construction: Nidecker uses a cap construction for the nose and tail, while the riding section features a 2mm sidewall with a machine-rounded core to obtain optimum fluid flow properties and power transfer to the rails.
- Absorbnid Topsheet: Absorbnid is an innovative top layer designed to absorb unwanted vibrations. This allows us to develop responsive, dynamic boards that still give you a smooth and fatigue free ride.
- Triax Plus Fiberglass: The result of extensive testing with riders and engineers, triax laminate is oriented 45 degrees to the board and contains different glass densities. This provides consistent torsional flex, better pop, and more reactivity on every turn.
- NDK Swiss Core: Crafted in Switzerland from sustainably harvested poplar.
- Pop Carbon Plus: Strategic placement of carbon fiber from the tail to the rear inserts, and from the nose to the front inserts, resulting in a more reactive board, with increased pop and stiffness. Its vibration dampening qualities make it ideal for more aggressive riding in all conditions.
- N-9000 Base: Produced with carbon nano particles, the N-9000 has a very dense molecular structure, which makes it Nideckers fastest, most durable base material.

Rocker- Designed for quick turn initiation with a loose, surfy feel ideal for freestyle riding and fresh powder runs.
Flat- Versatile for various riding styles with balanced maneuverability and stability.
Hybrid- Is a combination of bends in the profile of a snowboard that change the riding characteristics for different terrains and conditions.

Soft Flex- 1-3 Flex. Forgiving and easier to apply pressure to while riding.
Medium Flex- 4-6 Flex. Versatile and responsive in varying conditions and terrain.
Stiff Flex- 7+ Flex. Less forgiving allowing for pressure to transfer edge to edge for a quick responsive board at high speeds.

- Extruded Base - Found on most beginner and freestyle snowboards. Durable and made to be easier to repair and maintain.
- Sintered Base - Absorbs and holds wax better for more custom tuning resulting in faster performance but does require more frequent wax application.

- Twin - The nose of the snowboard is the same shape and rise as the tail to ride the board in either direction and balanced freestyle riding.
- Directional Twin - The nose of the snowboard is the same shape and rise as the tail with the binding inserts set back for more surface area in the nose and versatility when riding in different snow conditions and terrain.
- Directional - The nose is typically longer and/or wider than the tail for float in powder and downhill riding.
