The 2023 Elan Wingman 78 C Ski uses Power shell construction, Power Woodcore and is equipped with a single layer of carbon to reduce weight and add versatility for all-mountain performance. The Amphibio Truline technology fuels the perfect balance of power and ease, making the Wingman 78 C the gateway to perfect turns and always good times.
- Amphibio Truline elevates the asymmetrical ski design to the next dimension by strategically locating materials over the edges of the skis. Structural material is placed over the full length of the inside ski edge, providing more stability to power the turn - while less material is applied over the outside edge, resulting in a smooth and easy perfect turn.
- SST Construction provides quick, nimble, and direct power transmission from the ski to snow as well as providing exceptional torsional rigidity.
- Power Shell Construction: An edge to edge reinforced cap construction, distributing force and stability to every inch of the ski without adding extra weight.
- Power Shift System: The PowerShift is a fully integrated binding system with the free flex plate-in-plate design. Unique PowerEdge Lifters provide direct energy transmission ensuring quick turn initiation and power throughout the turn. Vibration absorbers fore and aft on the plate dampen chatter to maximize edge hold and responsiveness.
- Power Woodcore: The Power Wood Core features a power-frame composed of poplar that is vertically connected to laminates, a structure that provides increased torsional stability and responsiveness. This composite construction delivers enhanced edge hold in the tip and tail areas and a uniform flex throughout the length of the ski.
- Carbon: Lightweight and strong, carbon provides additional support in the part where needed the most.

- Flared - A more traditional flat shape with a slight rise in the tail for grip and stability on different terrain.
- Flat - Shaped for more control on firm snow and quick turning versatility.
