Updated Return Policy during Covid-19

During the evolving Covid-19 situation our return policy is adjusted as noted below:

• We will accept returns beyond the 30 day return window. We will be flexible on returns made during this time. Items do still need to be in new condition
• 90 days is the maximum window for returns to be processed to the original payment type. Beyond that window store credit is the only option for returns
• We ask that you are flexible with us in terms of processing returns once they are deilvered to us. We will be processing returns as quickly as possible, but given reduced operational staff to promote social distancing, there may be a longer delay than usual in processing the return

REGULAR RETURN POLICY

ERIK'S will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.

Returns and Exchanges can be done at an ERIK'S retail store or by mail, but there are exceptions.

In-Store

Returns and Exchanges may be made at any ERIK'S location with the exception of bicycles, which must be returned or exchanged at the ERIK'S location they were purchased from.

Online

Returns/Exchanges from online purchases can be made using the Returns/Exchange form that is located at the bottom of the original packslip that came with your order. If you are not able to locate that, a copy of your original order confirmation email with written notes is adequate.

Note: The Webstore facility is not open to the public

 

  • Use the original shipping container and packing materials, if possible
  • You will be responsible for correctly packaging your return item so it is not damaged in shipping
  • You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise
  • ERIK'S will cover shipping back to you in the event of an exchange

General Refund/Return Information

 

  • Special Order items are not eligible for returns
  • Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase
  • Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75. A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75. The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return
  • Refunds for purchases made with an ERIK'S Gift Card or ERIK'S Store Credit will have a new store credit issued
