The 2023 Specialized Turbo Como 5.0 Super Light Electric Bike is designed for running around town and beyond. Able to carry twice its weight in cargo, it’s a surprising errand bike that’s as exciting to ride as it is easy to own.
Riders will love the low-maintenance easy-ownership that comes with the Internal Gear Hub and Belt Drive E-bike. This system protects your bike’s working gears from the weather and road grime, extends their life up to four times that of a derailleur/chain drive, and eliminates chain grease completely. Best of all, you can shift gears anytime, yes, even when stopped—take that traffic lights.
The Turbo Como Super Light’s sophisticated design is ready to go whenever you are—day and night, rain or shine—with battery-powered integrated lights, fenders, and plenty of storage capability. The 320Wh battery is securely hidden in the downtube, making it almost indistinguishable from a regular bike at first glance. But on days when you want to do more, attach the optional Range Extender to ride up to 93 miles without needing to recharge. The range of an eBike depends on many factors, including battery size, motor power, current assist mode, weather, terrain, and rider/cargo weight. Given all these factors, manufacturers tend to give the best possible range reading in ideal conditions like a warm day on a flat, paved surface with an “average” rider in the lowest assist mode. Actual milage may vary.

The Standard Bike Service Plan is perfect for any cyclist interested in keeping their bike in great riding condition. It's designed for bikes that get low to moderate usage.
Bring your bike in for adjustments as often as you need. We will fix those annoying rattles, adjust brakes so they have full stopping power, lube your chain and cables, and true your wheels if they get out of alignment. Got an electric bike? We'll keep it updated with the latest firmware.
PERFORMANCE SERVICE PLAN - ANALOG BIKE & ELECTRIC BIKE
Is keeping your bike in peak performance important to you? The Performance Service Plan is designed for bikes that get moderate to heavy usage. Do you mountain bike often? Do you commute by bike regularly? Are you a gravel grinder? If yes, this plan is for you.
The Performance Service Plan contains all the elements of the Standard Bike Service Plan, including drivetrain lubrication, wheel truing, brake adjustments, and Di2 firmware updates. It also includes specialty services like disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement.
- The plan is not transferable to another customer.
- The plan is not transferable to another bicycle.
- All products must be physically brought to an ERIK'S location for work. No reimbursements for transportation or work done at non-ERIK'S locations are included.
- The cost of parts is NOT included. Service plans cover labor only (for example, tires, tubes, tire sealant, and cables are not included).
- A few select Performance Service Plan services can only be done one time per 12 months of the plan: disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement. (Two times total if the plan is two years in length.) If one of these services is needed more frequently, the standard labor charge will apply.
- A few select Performance Service Plan services can only be done from October through February: disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement. If one of these services is needed at other points in the year, the standard labor charge will apply.
- Service required as a result of misuse/abuse, rental/commercial use, racing, stunt riding or jumping, or alteration is not covered.
- Service plans are not available to purchase for used bikes and select new bikes.
- ERIK'S reserves the right to refuse service. The only solution is to refund the unused portion of the purchase price of the service plan.
- Whether a service or repair is covered under the plan is at the discretion of the management of ERIK'S.
