5. ERIK’S FTW Mentorship Program
ERIK’S FTW Mentorship Program is aimed at increasing gender diversity at ERIK’S by providing additional support, creating a community for staff and providing additional professional development. This program is open to all ERIK’S employees who identify as Femme, Transgender or Women and who can commit to a 2-hour per month paid training program.
Monthly large group meetings combined with weekly small group support allow for staff to connect and build community while focusing on specific professional development.

ERIK'S Junior Apprentice Program is for teens & high school students interested in gaining the skills and expertise needed to become a bicycle mechanic. Upon program completion, successful graduates may be eligible for additional training & part-time employment as a Service Technician at a local ERIK'S location.
