Constructed around an asymmetrical upper that conforms perfectly to your foot and calf, the Index is brimming with future tech including a top-of-the-line BOA Fit System and our unique Internal Heel Lock. The revolutionary wraparound liner delivers next-level comfort and a heat-moldable fit, while seamless construction, an ArmorTech toe and upgraded Storm Cover provide shelter from the harshest elements.

  • The Index features our exclusive Diamond Level liner. Made from state-of-the-art memory foam, it delivers a secure, custom fit with more consistent forward flex.
  • A Vibram Approach outsole offers best-in-class grip on hard snow and ice - perfect for scrambling on ridgelines, hiking the pipe or just navigating a sketchy parking lot.
  • The Index is constructed with fewer stitches to prevent water ingress. Its Transition Zone tech seamlessly connects the sole to the Exo Spine, accelerating response and preventing damage to the back of the boot when entering or exiting the binding.
  • Velcro wings at the back of the shell can be adjusted to accommodate bigger calves and gain extra stride length when splitboarding.
  • Our asymmetric 3D Molded Tongue is curved more sharply towards the medial side to match the natural ridgeline of your forefoot. This alleviates pressure points and provides a more balanced feeling of comfort and support versus a standard straight tongue.
  • 3D Toebox eliminates extra layers and seams around the forefoot, improving water resistance and durablility. The streamlined design also makes it easier to slide your boot in and out of the binding.

STANDARD SERVICE PLAN - ANALOG BIKE & ELECTRIC BIKE

The Standard Bike Service Plan is perfect for any cyclist interested in keeping their bike in great riding condition. It's designed for bikes that get low to moderate usage.

Bring your bike in for adjustments as often as you need. We will fix those annoying rattles, adjust brakes so they have full stopping power, lube your chain and cables, and true your wheels if they get out of alignment. Got an electric bike? We'll keep it updated with the latest firmware.

PERFORMANCE SERVICE PLAN - ANALOG BIKE & ELECTRIC BIKE

Is keeping your bike in peak performance important to you? The Performance Service Plan is designed for bikes that get moderate to heavy usage. Do you mountain bike often? Do you commute by bike regularly? Are you a gravel grinder? If yes, this plan is for you.

The Performance Service Plan contains all the elements of the Standard Bike Service Plan, including drivetrain lubrication, wheel truing, brake adjustments, and Di2 firmware updates. It also includes specialty services like disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement.

  • The plan is not transferable to another customer.
  • The plan is not transferable to another bicycle.
  • All products must be physically brought to an ERIK'S location for work. No reimbursements for transportation or work done at non-ERIK'S locations are included.
  • The cost of parts is NOT included. Service plans cover labor only (for example, tires, tubes, tire sealant, and cables are not included).
  • A few select Performance Service Plan services can only be done one time per 12 months of the plan: disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement. (Two times total if the plan is two years in length.) If one of these services is needed more frequently, the standard labor charge will apply.
  • A few select Performance Service Plan services can only be done from October through February: disc brake bleed, front suspension oil change, rear shock air can service, and tubeless sealant replacement. If one of these services is needed at other points in the year, the standard labor charge will apply.
  • Service required as a result of misuse/abuse, rental/commercial use, racing, stunt riding or jumping, or alteration is not covered.
  • Service plans are not available to purchase for used bikes and select new bikes.
  • ERIK'S reserves the right to refuse service. The only solution is to refund the unused portion of the purchase price of the service plan.
  • Whether a service or repair is covered under the plan is at the discretion of the management of ERIK'S.
