The mountain bike trails at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, MN are a super fun ride through a remnant of the Big Woods that once dominated southern Minnesota. Watch our video highlighting the singletrack to get a feel for what you’ll experience riding these awesome trails!
You can find the mountain bike trails at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve at 9831 Rebecca Park Trail, in-between Rockford, and Delano Minnesota.
The trailhead area features plenty of paved parking, along with a portable toilet and a couple of vault toilets. On the path leading up to an expansive picnic area are water fountains and a bottle filler.
The Singletrack trails at Lake Rebecca are part of the Three Rivers Park District system of parks and they are maintained by the amazing volunteers of MORC, the Minnesota Off-Road Cyclists. Like many of the trails in Minnesota, MORC is a huge asset to the Mountain Bike community and they deserve all of the praise that we can send their way! Check out their website at MORCMTB.org and consider a membership or, better yet, show up for a trail-work session!
This trail crew has been hard at work keeping the trail rideable and fixing some problem areas that have kept the trail closed in the past! Membership and trail work info can all be found at morcmtb.org.
There are just under 13 ½ total miles of singletrack if you ride all of the stacked loops, broken down into 1.3 miles of easy trail, 10.3 miles of intermediate trails, and 1.9 miles of advanced trails. But, don’t let those intermediate or advanced labels throw you off! Riders of all abilities can handle the entire track! Just come prepared for the miles and the punchy little hills in the intermediate and advanced trails.
Lake Rebecca is super fun to roll through the woods then pop out into a prairie, and then climb up a hill, and then do it all over again! On your way out to Rockford, MN be sure to swing by your favorite ERIK’S to grab any supplies you may need before hitting the trails! If you are heading to Lake Rebecca from the Twin Cities, MN area, ERIK’S in Minnetonka or Maple Grove may be right on your way!
