Gift Card Form: How to Submit

Erik's Bike shop is pleased to offer a limited number of $25 gift cards for eligible community events and programs on a quarterly basis. Examples of Community Giving gift card recipients include:

    • Bike rodeos
    • Youth bicycle safety programs
    • Community health and wellness fairs

Read through the following Eligibility information and review the Submission Deadlines before submitting a Erik's Gift Card Donation Request Form.

Eligibility
All eligible gift card donation requests must be for a community program or event that meets at least one of the following criteria:

    • Promotes bicycling, snowboarding, skiing, and/or skateboarding
    • Encourages health and wellness through active lifestyles
    • Supports bicycle safety & advocacy efforts
    • Benefits a non-profit organization dedicated to health and wellness
    • Provides educational and recreational opportunities for youth

 

Erik's does not donate gift cards to:

    • Individuals for personal gain or personal fundraising
    • Applicants located outside of Erik's business communities
    • Religious or political organizations
    • Athletic teams or events unrelated to health & wellness, bicycling, snowboarding, skiing, or skateboarding.

 

Submission and Deadlines
Please note that due to the high volume of donation requests, those requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be automatically denied. Please allow at least 2 weeks in advance of the date the gift card donation is needed.
