— Bombay Bicycle Club
Bombay Bicycle Club of Madison, Inc. is the Madison area's bicycle touring club. Bombay started in 1974 with Sunday morning rides and activities and membership have expanded since then. The public is cordially invited to participate in any or all of our rides. Just show up, wear a helmet, and sign a liability waiver. There is no fee per ride unless specifically mentioned in our schedule. Membership is voluntary, but we urge all riders who participate in club rides to support the club with their membership.

The Cannon Valley Trail is a 19.7 mile long trail that runs through diverse and spectacular scenery on a former Chicago Great Western Railroad line connecting the cities of Cannon Falls, Welch and Red Wing in beautiful southeastern Minnesota.

— Crosby Farm Nature Area
Crosby Farm Nature Area preserves a natural flood plain area of the Mississippi River. The park encompasses 6.7 miles of paved trails, many of which run along wooded bottomlands next to the Mississippi River. Visitors can get away from the city's frenzy in the park's 534 acres of flood-plain habitat.

The Gateway State Trail is an 18.3 mile long multiple-use trail starting in St. Paul. This paved trail cuts through a cross-section of urban areas, parks, lakes, wetlands and fields in Ramsey and Washington Counties. Many trail users are surprised to find these rural landscapes so close to the metro area, while others appreciate the access it provides to downtown and the State Capitol complex.

Following abandoned railroad beds, this 27-mile trail consists of two corridors between Hopkins & Victoria (North Corridor) and between Hopkins and Chanhassen (South Corridor). With grades of five percent or less, the 10-foot wide crushed limestone trail is ideal for biking, walking or running. The trail is two-way and includes wooden bridges and several road crossings
