Erik's Riders Club is an excellent way to connect with Erik's. We offer Free Weekly Club Rides so you can get out and ride your bike with experienced ride leaders on a wide range of ride types and levels

Erik's Riders Club Twin Cities Weekly Ride Calendar

Erik's Riders Club offers free weekly rides and is sponsored by Erik's Bike Shop. Rides run all year round in select markets. Here are the details:
  • Free membership details - click here or become a FREE member when you show up for the ride.
  • Premium membership details - click here. To purchase a premium membership please visit any of our locations in Minnesota or Wisconsin or purchase your jersey online and receive the form through email.
  • At each ride please bring: your bike, a helmet, plenty of water and a friend.
  • State law requires white headlight and red tail lights on all bicycles after dusk. Please plan accordingly during late season, winter, and night rides.
  • Note: Summer rides occur from May to August from each of our locations. Winter rides are scheduled from November through April, check the calendar regularly for availability of winter rides.
  • Note: Most rides leave from an Erik's Bike Shop location unless otherwise noted. We encourage exploring multiple rides to find the group and the pace that works best for your riding style.

Dirt Days!

When: Tuesdays, 4:00 pm

Where: Middleton Pump Track - See Map

Ride Leader: Joe Steider

Ride Pace: Casual


Ride Description: This is a very unique ride concept for Erik's Riders Club. Each week the ride group will meet at the Middleton Pump Track at 4:00pm. The focus of this ride will be on riding as well as on trail maintenance and stewardship. This is a great way for riders of all ages and skill levels to experience dirt riding with the crew from Erik's Madison East. (Parental signature required for riders under 18)

Westside Weekly Cyclocross Shindig

When: Tuesdays, 5pm

Where: Erik's Bike Shop - Madison Westside - See Map

Ride Leader: Gavin LaFave

Ride Pace: Set by group each week

Distance: 10-2- miles

Ride Description: Join Gavin at our Madison West location each Tuesday this Fall on this cyclocross ride! From the shop you'll head through town to Badger Prairie Park via road and trail. Once at Badger Prairie, you'll ride laps as well as work on mounting, dismounting, and barriers. Once you're all tuckered out, you'll head back to the shop before dark. This ride is open to all ability levels. If you're looking to have some cyclocross fun, come on out! *LAST RIDE WILL BE NOVEMBER 18th!!*

Erik's OTR

When: Wednesdays, 6:00 pm

Where: Phoenix Park - See Map

Ride Leader: Craig Manthe

Ride Pace: Mountain/Fast paced

Distance: 30 miles

Ride Description: The group ride will meet at Phoenix park in downtown Eau Claire. Craig and Jon will lead the group to one of our great mountain bike trail systems. Each week will provide fun, fast and flowling single track. This ride will be challenging and is sure to keep your heartrate up. Riders will regroup regularly to ensure everyone can finish safely but may spread out across the trail while moving quickly.

Distance: 20- 25 miles

Sunday Morning Fatbikes at Theo

When: Sundays, 9:00am

Where: Wirth Lake Beach - See Map

Ride Leader: Blake Boesen & Troy Mundahl

Ride Pace: Set by group each week

Distance: 5-10 (depending on time)

Ride Description: *STARTS NOVEMBER 9th!!!!* This ride will start before the snow flies and carry through the thaw of Spring. You'll meet and ride at Theodore Wirth Park Mountain Bike Trail as long as conditions permit. Due to the initial wetness leading into Winter and the thaw in the Spring, expect to have various route changes and ride paces because they will be chosen by you, the riders! Fat bikes are strongly recommended, but 26+, 29+, and 2.4+ may get the job done. The goal is to have a blast and talk about all things bike related with a bias to all things Fat.
