ERIK’S Cycling Short Satisfaction Guarantee is our way of making sure you are riding the best bike shorts for you! Wearing comfortable shorts helps you enjoy your time in the saddle more, and so we want you to love the shorts you buy.

Try your new shorts. If you don't like them, bring them back to ERIK’S within 30 days of purchase to exchange them for a different model or size.

Any non-closeout padded bike shorts (cycling shorts with a Chamois) from the below brands:

• Fox

• Giro

• Pearl Izumi

• Specialized

• Terry

• Velorosa

Please note: Shorts must be accompanied with an ERIK’S receipt dated within the last 30 days. ERIK'S Short Guarantee does not cover cycling tights.

Whether you are in-store or talking with one of our knowledgeable customer service experts, we will help you figure out which shorts are right for you.

If you are shopping in-store, we recommend you try on a few different models and sizes to find the best shorts for you. Especially with Cycling Bib Shorts, adopt a cycling position to make sure they will fit correctly on the bike.

If you are shopping online, talk with our gear experts (chat, phone or email). Based on your riding, they will help you find the right style. Review the size charts on the product pages to help you find the right size. Once the shorts arrive, try them on with underwear on. If they do not fit, you can return/exchange them under our regular 30 day return policy.

Once you have your shorts, get riding! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, bring them back to ERIK’S within 30 days of purchase and we'll exchange them for you. (Note: Online customers pay return shipping.)

• Adequate feedback must be provided as to why the shorts did not work

• New shorts must be equal or higher value to the original shorts. No refunds are offered on used shorts

• Shorts must be accompanied with an ERIK’S Receipt dated within the last 30 days

• Online customers must send shorts back within 30 days of purchase

• Online customers pay the return shipping charges
